This 600-denier polyester knife case from Ultimate Edge is made for culinary professionals as well as students who need to carry their own knives and other tools of the trade. The case features rigid panels and holds up to 10 knives in elasticized pockets. Two separate flaps with hook-and-loop closures cover the knives to keep the blades separated and protected. When the case is folded it measures 20 by 2-1/2 by 7 inches and secures with two heavy-duty press-fit buckles.

The knife case also features a 16-by-6-inch mesh accessory pocket, business card holder, and slots for three pens or probes. The case can either be carried by the soft leather-like handle or with the adjustable padded shoulder strap that clips to two metal loops for easy carrying.
